Trying to figure out the best way to approach this. I filed an intent on December 2018 for rhinitis and sinusitis. It was denied. In 2021 I reopened my claim because they added those conditions to the presumptive list and I served in Afghanistan. It was still denied. Now the new law is passing and I wonder if I should reopen my claim again. If so, what date would it likely get back dated to? I am in appeal and sitting at 80% and have a lawyer but is unresponsive. So I can either keep trying to get those conditions claimed now or wait for the appeals process which would definitely back date me to December 2018. Any thoughts ?
