As the title say I am looking for any case law that directs the VA to consider bilateral factors when it comes to left/right or right/left knee service connected and getting other/opposite knee rated. I have been denied right knee secondary to left even though I have been diagnosed arthritis in right knee and now have meniscus tearing . I am going in today for c&p right knee and I would like to bring in case law to support my claim. Thank you.
