Re my deferred PTSD claim (combat/MST) I saw a date change Sept 7th but no status change on the app, chatbot or va.gov. A VERA rep gave me this update today. I'm grateful to know there is movement, but terrified of the possibility of another MH exam. I assume this is just the MST portion and not the combat PTSD portion based on this info but can't be sure. Have any of you had this experience re Complex medical opinion review? Did you have another exam or just medical opinion w/out exam?

"Your case is being routed to a Rating Veterans Service Representative (RVSR) for a complex medical opinion review for PTSD and/or mental health condition secondary to MST. It is possible an exam will be requested or just a medical opinion from an examiner with no exam necessary. If an exam is required, you will be contacted with the appointment information."

VERA rep also said mandatory overtime is back in full swing.
