Are these C&P doctors for real???
Posted on
So I had my C&P exam about a month ago and the DBQs are being uploaded to my TOL. I swear every time I read a document it just pisses me off it’s not capturing my actual condition so now I’m worried that is being misrepresented.
For example: I suffer from migraines about 15 days per month. These are not regular headaches. They affect me before and after the actual migraine episode.
I see a neurologist every 3 months.
My current treatment is Botox, which for insurance purposes requires a certain amount of days being being approved.
I’ve been treated for this condition for over almost 14 years and have tried pretty much every migraine medication with no luck. All of this is extensively documented.
My C&P doctor wrote that the duration is less than 1 day and that they’re not frequently prostrating. But then she marked that it does impact my ability to work.
What in the actual f*%# ??? Did she read any of my records and why she contradicting herself on the DBQ.
How much weigh does the C&P form have vs my extensive records.
This whole process has been so frustrating. Honestly, I’ve never regretted joining the military so it’s funny that I regret it after 20 years and only because of this VA process.
