I saw a VSO several months ago after I pushed the button to acknowledge that I was filing claims. Since then, I pretty much been doing my filing on my own. I had my exams a couple months ago and now it’s just sitting as I expected since I’ve heard they are backed up. Is there any benefit to seeing my VSO again? Are they able to somehow get my claims expedited for quicker rating results or is there no point and now it’s just the waiting game?
