Submitted my claim Feb 27, went pending decision Feb 28th due to the rapid ready for decision program (pilot at the time) and has had zero movement since submittal date.

Ladies and gentlemen, bad luck with my local RO calling me for the virtual apts yesterday. Tried twice.

Well, picked a random RO, Wichita, KS and they actually called today. My god was it a good call. Guy dug deep into the claim, into my file, found the issue as to why no C&P request have been made and my claim hasnt moved in 191 DAYS!

Request for c&p’s made. Unfortunately its with VES. Ive heard good and bad, just like all of the others.

Is there a way to switch c&p vendors? Is it worth switching? I think Optum or LHI (same thing now?) is the only other near me and they weren’t great for my last claim.
