Yet when anything is on the VA, it’s be patient we will get to it. At what point are you excused from having to be patient. Claim filed January 2013. On appeal since January 2015. Board hearing August 2021. Remand order(everything) February 2022. Got a call from a claims adjudicator 2 weeks ago. He was asking about dependents. I asked about my claim. He said they were granting me 80%, and increase from 20% retroactive from filling and an increase to 90% effective January 2019. Should see something in 2 weeks. Whelp we’re approaching week 3. Getting anxious.
