Super happy, filed beginning of may, exam on may 22nd. Decision July 5th. I picked thru my medical records and uploaded all documents that pertained to my issues. I didn’t go into the exam room demanding a wheel chair. I was very honest with the nurse practitioner examiner. Told her I’m good now but there’s times where I can’t move, even told her I don’t need a percentage, I just need to get this service connected so the VA foots the bill. I was nervous when I left the exam thinking boy I could have sold it more but it turned out alright!

I already had both knees rated at 10% I claimed both leg shin splints And now my rating is right knee with shin splints 10%. Does anyone know if I get a separate rating for the knee and shin splints? Because if I do the math I should only get a rating of 50% altogether.
