I'm having some issues with my TSP loans. I'm military. I took out 2 loans several months ago. One of them was only taking half the payment out of my check each month. The other one wasn't coming out at all. I just got the first one fixed so that the whole payment comes out automatically. I turned in the same form to my Finance office/DFAS to fix the payments on the second loan and was told the loan isn't set up for automatic payments.

Thriftline is telling me the other 3 tickets I put in never got elevated, but they can't set the loan up for payments. I can't edit anything. My finance swears thriftline has to fix something.

Anybody have an issue with the automatic payments? How'd you fix it? I've been making manual payments since September, but the payments take over a week to reflect on the account and then another 4-5 days to show on my bank account. By then, I'm delinquent on payments again. I'd like to set it and forget it.
