Is it normal for a myFSS case to still be in “waiting” status with “more information required” after I submitted the required info?

As the title says, I submitted a case in October to start a bonus pay that I qualified for. Finally after 2.5 months after my initial submission they finally responded back to me saying I need to upload a supporting document for proof. I uploaded that document to the same case ticket, and also wrote a comment letting them know i submitted the required document. That was half a month ago, and the status still has never changed from “waiting” and still says “more information required”.
Also, the “last updated” date is the date/time that they asked for more info, NOT the date/time I submitted my supporting documents.
Is there anything else I should do so they can see my updated case with the supporting documents? I’m just concerned that it might not be updating the status on their end since it’s not updating on my end (I.e. does it still show “waiting” on their end?)
IM mentally prepared to just buckle down and wait another 2.5 months before I get paid correctly, but I just want to make sure there’s not some way I can let them know my documents are sitting there now.
