I use Desktop Anywhere a whole lot. Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME I try to use anything that requires certificate authentication or signature, I get hit with a smart card error, and have to physically remove the CAC from the reader, re-insert, log in again, and then do what I was doing.

So my question is this: What PEBCAK sin am I committing to have angered the Auth Gods into wreaking this vengeance upon me?
