What are some big reasons, in your guys units, that you think contribute to stuff like suicide and depression? Any experiences? Just trying to get any opinions and facts other people may have. What are the main killers of morale and what is driving soldiers to kill themselves at your unit? Likewise, has anything ever actively prevented those things?
