I always see posts on here about the sufferings soldiers have to go through all the time, and how their leadership failed them. While it’s important that these leaders are held accountable, I’d love to hear about the good leaders you’ve had in your career.

It can often seem like the army is filled with nothing but degenerates and people who don’t care.
