Don't speed.

Don't drink and drive.

Don't store unregistered firearms on post.

Don't do drugs.

Don't beat your partner.

Don't beat your children.

Don't beat your animals.

Don't commit any crimes. - If you do commit crimes, don't get arrested. - If you get arrested, call your TL and let them know what's going on.

Don't get caught up in a violent situation.

Don't provoke idiots who will turn the situation violent.

Don't get the cops involved.

Don't ruin your career.

DO:

Have a plan.

Hydrate with proper fluids, even when drinking alcohol so as to avoid that hangover.

Make sure your insurance and registration aren't expired.

Make sure if you're getting with someone, that they are of legal age.

EDIT: Remember disease prevention, use protection.

Let at least one of your comrades know what you got going on in case something happens.

Remember that you're loved.

Reach out if you need help.

Know your limits.

Check up on your friends.
