Alright so I am CLS certified (which I know puts me in an elite class of warriors). That said, I did have a question for my other life savers or 68 series folk.

Is it true that we can’t actually use the skills we learn at CLS on civilians? I don’t think the instructors were fucking with us, but it also doesn’t make sense. I don’t want to have to help someone, but wouldn’t good samaritan laws protect me if say I applied a tq to someone who needs it?
