When I was fresh into AIT we got back from Christmas break and of course they were doing a company wide UA. Well they had taken us into separate barracks rooms with different instructors and drills. My observer was my company 1sgt and his wife called him during my attempt #1 and had confronted him about cheating. I could hear her bc it was just me and him in this barracks room and I was in the bathroom w the door wide open. As the minutes went on they both started arguing and he FaceTimed her to try and prove that he wasn’t cheating on her and she still didn’t believe her as he was explaining he was in the middle of the UA observance and I’m not sure if he turned the camera around on me but things went silent for a sec and shortly after I finished my UA. I still think about it to this day but it was nice that he had became a msg and left our company shortly after.
