I see a lot of posts discussing low retention and toxic work environment. IMO it's not only the quality of soldiers and/or COC but moreover the tasks and missions we're given that place unnecessary burden on overworked SMs and under cared for equipment. I think the Army would benefit from stepping back and reevaluating from the ground up.
