Everyone is comparing the new SMA PAO, who has been in the seat less than a month, to the last SMA PAO when he left the building at four years. I remember SMA Grinston’s office going through a lot of the same things early in his tenure. Give it time. It seems this PAO is a lot more behind the scenes, but I already know of several instances where he has reached out to commands and Soldiers. Just because it’s not out in the open doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
