‘Tis the season for a (potential) government shutdown for 01 October 2023. As always, who knows when/if our fearless leaders on Capitol Hill will pass a budget or continuing resolution, they tend to wait until the 11th hour to do so.

Just checked USAA and Navy Fed and it looks as if they still have their 0% loan programs IF the shutdown does indeed happen.
