Leaving the Army, recall being briefed on "fixing your resume" or "job hunting", but not for the realities of transition out. Even with a game plan, degrees, security clearances and being ranked up, it was still tough landing the first job and eventually ending up in a career you want. Maybe the Army fixed transition and are willing to be corrected. Thoughts?
