I'm PFC and just got to AIT at Fort Gegg Adam's (old Fort Lee). I came here right after BCT. This is the longest I've been on my own by myself. I've come to realize that everyone I cared about doesn't care about me the same while I'm gone. My friends don't care, my girlfriend (who I think might be cheating), my parents don't care too much, and I've been pretty lonely. I've talked to my DS about personal therapy and they said that they do have it, but it's only open on weekdays and you don't want to miss school hours. What were ways you all got through homesickness and loneliness?
