Medication/BH disclosure

I am in the HPSP program for medical students and am currently in my second year. They commission us when we start school and then we remain in reserve status until we graduate and go on active duty. I was recently diagnosed with OCD and prescribed an SSRI by the school psychiatrist. Does anyone have any experience with something like this and know whether it will be a problem? I am trying to find more information about the policy but I am mainly finding information about trying to join with a previous diagnosis. I do not believe the symptoms would make me unfit for duty. If I am treated while in the reserves by civilian providers should I report this to the army somehow or bring it up at my PHA? As of now everything is pretty confidential and off the record through school services but I will need to give my insurance (civilian) information soon once I run out of my allotted free school appointments or am referred to a specialist. Thanks in advance for any advice! I am really struggling to figure out exactly what the policy is.
