Company commander here in the army reserve. In a toxic battalion where the staff officers just shit on us and dont care about our civilian lives. As long as we check the damn OER boxes right?

I want to seek mental health help and possibly seek to get out of the army for it. But i'm only 4/8 yrs complete with my contract. If i sought a discharge, would it be OTH or a general? And would i have to pay back any money?
