I've been in for almost a decade. Every duty station I've been to, it's always been said that a soldier can operate without a license so long as they stay within the confines of the MP. Now I'm being put under UCMJ action for letting a soldier drive in the MP without a license. Coming from the BC, who is making a big deal about it. The soldier had a ground guide. But I want to know what the regs say about it, because I know everyone and their mother let's unlicensed soldiers drive in the MP.
