What’s the best way to go about getting out. I haven’t gotten into any trouble or anything I’m just done with this.

Edit: I understand ets’ing is the best way out but truthfully I’m tired of feeling the way I do about this place or organization. I’m gonna weigh my options regardless and definitely talk to someone and see what I can do. Thank you for all the actual advice for those of you who gave it and those of you who reached out.
