I currently went to a car meet that hosted late night drives around 11:30 and left at 1am to turn around and go home. As I was attempting to U turn, a fellow car tries to race me bouncing back and forth. As I go through the U turn. Literally at the same time, a car flies by and blows two reds with the other car and I get caught up in the act.

A mile afterwards I drive down and I get pulled over for 3 misdemeanors I didn’t do. I got charged for excessive speeding, reckless driving, and racing. I have no money, and about to lose my job in the military from what my higher ups tell me . How do I fight this case ? In all honesty I had no intentions of racing anyone and was just trying to go home.
