As the title states you’ve figured out the reason for this. So there’s an nco who won’t counsel their soldiers, one of their soldiers specifically is constantly late either PT formations, work call, constantly missing work without an excuse and constantly has a reason to leave early. This issue has been brought up to this nco, this individual has had a counseling already by the team lead junior that had 10+ deficiencies on it and a plan of action was put in place it was okay for a couple weeks and is back to being late and the junior has engaged this issue with the nco and the nco hasn’t don’t anything about it since it’s been a month or 2 since the counseling what can they do ?
