I’m a new E5 and I have a Senior NCO in our ops platoon that talks incredibly bad about people all the time. I’ve had multiple people confirm he’s said bad things about me (name calling, slander etc) despite me never working directly with him aside from in processing. I’ve directly confronted him about it, and he denied everything and simply says that they’re rumors and I shouldn’t listen to them, yet he continues to shit talk to the rest of the ops section. He has 1SG and SGM in his pocket and they take his word over anything. What do y’all do in these cases?
