I’m going TDY and am authorized a rental car along with my flights. I am on very short notice to a middle-of-nowhere location and flights kept selling out.

Well, SATO finally managed to book and purchase a round of flights for me, and I shit you not, 30 minutes later one of the airlines emailed me that a flight had been cancelled. SATO had to purchase a new round of tickets for me given the circumstances of travel and refund the old ticket, but warned me that my GTC wouldn’t receive the refund until the next billing cycle.

My authorized rental car is more expensive than the remaining credit I have left according to Citibank’s website. Am I fucked?
