Stupid question, probably.

My ETS date is tomorrow. I have a 0830 appointment to pick up my DD214, flag, and Certificate of Retirement; and a 0900 appointment to get my Retired ID.

Can I go to a pot shop at 0930 and burn one down at my place when I get home? More to the point: am I technically retired once I sign my DD-214, or at 2359 tomorrow? When could I send a phony pizza order to my Ops NCO, or dick-punch my S-4 for making me pay for the IFAK my buddy used to patch me up?

TL;DR: ETS tomorrow; formalities over by 0930. When am I technically out?
