So my finance is telling me I’m entitled to single rate bah of my current duty station even tho I’m moving to another state and that my dual bah, cola will also be stopped when I start my ets leave. Can anyone confirm this because I’m getting a bad gut feeling this is false.

-also being told from my nco that cola usually does not stop on ETS leave
