Can someone please explain to me what DLA is? How I request it? And is it free money or like what IS IT? I’ve looked online and I’m confused. I called the pay office on Fort Cavazos and they gave me a number to call that isn’t answering. I don’t arrive on base until Monday or I’d go up there myself and talk to them.
