So while I have qualitative impact statements from recruits themselves about the SMA-PAO impact on their decisions to enlist (all positive), and there's an article literally written about this legend (thanks to Daniel Johnson), how would you all codify his impact on the past, current, and future force? While I welcome sarcastic meme-level feedback, I'd love to hear some serious thoughts on the ideas of using isolated events and individual narratives, content or textual analysis, or other means. In other words, how can it be codified to explain the positives of engagement to senior leadership? Appreciate the help!
