I commissioned in May and I will be reporting to BOLC very soon. I am trying to figure out if I am able to claim my sister who is 26 and disabled with Autism and Schizophrenia and has never been able to support herself. She currently lives with my parents but has no health insurance which she needs for her therapy and medicine. I always knew I would have to support her but my family is really struggling to take care of her without her proper medical care. I am not sure how this works with a sibling and how it could affect my career while taking care of her. Is this a reasonable approach or should I enroll her in private health care?
