I live off post and am not directly effected by this decision, but I can not imagine how one would conclude this as an option.

Laundry room was dirty during a barracks walk-through… 1SG pissed, says make it clean, it doesn’t happen to his satisfaction so it’s secured until next walk-through (7 days).

Today is day 1 and while I know this is absolute BS stemming from elsewhere, soldiers need to access to laundering.

Please advise.
