I was at MEPS for the usual screenings. During my physical, the physician said I may have scoliosis. They sent me over to a nearby hospital for a same-day X-ray. I don't know the results of the x-ray, but I do know I'm going back to MEPS for a consult as soon as it is scheduled. If I do in fact have scoliosis, I will need a waiver. So I’m 23M and I’m thinking about joining.. but I’m just having some thoughts about how people view their service time on here. Seems like a lot of people complain about their time in the military. It also seems like almost every veteran relished and looks back fondly on their time in the military.
