Is there any reason why they add the word 'Army' everywhere in their militaries?

I was medically retired from the Army in 2019 after a bad jump with the 82D ABN DIV. I got a Code 4 on my DD 214, has anyone on this subreddit successfully gotten back into the military with a code 4? I could hire a lawyer, but I don’t know if the risk is worth it.

And has this ever happened in combat?

It must have been terrifing for the people living and stationed on the Coast to see that Force on the Horizon. Imagine seing the fist few ships, and then then the rest slowly approaching?

Does command just go to the highest guy? Or does the officer just standby while the captain does his thing?
