So during MEPS they'll obviously check your pulse and blood pressure. What are some tips to lower your pulse rate to be under 100 inorder to pass? Also will they give you time to rest in case you just did the duck walk or whatever other exercise they made you do inorder to check your pulse rate? Thanks!
