So I’m running through some confusion with my commands CCC about how to best pursue a career in the reserves as an officer.

Some background data: -Current Rank: E-6 -Current Service: Navy, submarines -Age: 27 -Education: BS Operations w/ concentration in project management (Masters in engineering management will be done before end of contract in 2023) -Military Related: Fully qualified across the board, great evaluations, good potential for recommendations

I’m looking for opportunities that will correlate as close as possible to my degree. However, my CCC hasn’t been able to turn up any programs that don’t require an active duty requirement. I transition from active duty in 2023, I most likely won’t rank up prior to transitioning due to eligibility. Current reservists - what positions or opportunities would you recommend? How was the process? Were there any significant challenges? What instructions should I review?
