There was an officer lets call him Captain America because he was a pretty squared away officer. One thing he preached to his soldiers was its important to be accurate, if you notice something is wrong point it out so that it can be fixed.

Private Snuffy had been detailed out to another detail and reported back to the unit shortly after lunch. Private Snuffy noticed Captain American name tapes were switched. Private Snuffy asked to speak to Captain America in private and said "Sir your name tapes are backwards"

Captain America smiled, and said your right your the first one to notice.

Captain America called all the other soldiers over and pointed out that Private Snuffy was the only that pointed out Captain America name tapes were backwards. Because Private Snuffy pointed out this error when others did not, he will be rewarded with the rest of the day off.

And the Captain said "Pvt Snuffy you are correct, they are backwards, because you pointed that out you can go enjoy the rest of the day off"
