How likely would a small or well known company pickup the patents of making the famas felin variants and the f1 and up versions, like we know its a collector's item but there is never plenty to go around.

How would a company go and start making them?

would they have to wait for the patents to expire and it'll be up for grabs?

can they just buy the patents and make necessary changes? I ask this as the famas had some feeding issues.
