A 9K35 Strela-10 self-propelled air defense system had flip over in the Ukrainian city Konotop during a event to mark a historic battle.  The parade was held to mark 357 years since Ukrainian Cossacks won in the battle of Konotop.

Fortunately, no one was hurt in the accident and the vehicle was later sent back to a military base in the city of Chernigov.

The incident reportedly occurred due to the machine operator’s mistake when he was driving Strela-10 on the platform of the tow car for transportation. It is yet unclear whether there were missiles in the launch barrel, but the ammunition didn’t detonate when the system fell on the ground.
