“If a veteran cannot get a particular service from the Department of Veterans Affairs, then that veteran has the option of going out into the private sector to find that care.”

That’s what VA Secretary Robert Wilkie said of the VA MISSION Act in a recent interview with CVA Executive Director Dan Caldwell.

Caldwell sat down with Secretary Wilkie to talk about what the VA MISSION Act does and how the VA is working to implement it before the June 6, 2019 deadline.
