If you write a letter requesting equitable relief from the VA it shows up the same way normal claims do.

Quick question; I recently used the VA Loan and paid a $5kish funding fee. On the application I put I have made a VA disability claim but it's still processing. I just finished my last C&P and should get results in a bit. My understanding is if I receive ANY rating, I can get my VA Funding fee refunded. Has anybody been through this? What's the process? Is it possible? Thanks!
