To give some context, I shipped out to BMT August 2022 and arrived at Keesler for tech school the following September, graduating January 2023. I'm at my first base right now and I am trying to apply for WGU and they require my military transcripts since I am using TA. I think, ok simple enough, and pay the few bucks on parchment to try to get them sent. But every time WGU receives them as invalid. After reaching out to my base's education office its because CCAF went down last year around the time I arrived at tech school, and despite it being "functional" their transfers are still not up and running. Basically, my transcripts are almost nonexist because CCAF has yet to finish migrating to their new system. Is anyone else experiencing this? And if so, was there a way to get your transcripts squared away? I'm I missing a step in this process? I've tried contacting CCAF multiple times with no avail.

I don't mean to sound unreasonable, but it seems rather ridiculous that I can't start school for something that the Air Force royally screwed up on.
