Had a heated back and forth argument last week with a senior NCO that had me saying that "I don't need the Army". This was after my chain of command failed to address my troops and I's extreme workload. It affects us mentally and their families.

The senior NCO isn't in our chain, but my company turns a blind eye. He does not rate me, my NCOIC or my peers. He just has the same MOS as us and works...

Looks like I'll have a choice to attend air assault at Schofield, Campbell, or Moore. Are any of these better than the others or does it not matter? Weather aside.
