I really just honestly want to know. Why is Tricare a mish-mash of 1,000 websites that don't work, a phone line that isn't open ever -- and if it is apparently they use cups and string for how often they drop your calls. Every site has moved or it's out of date or it doesn't make sense.

Never am I more frustrated than when I need medical help and no one answers their phone. How can I make this less painless?
