What's the of the screen device that some SOF units have attached to their plate carrier? It looks like a cellphone. I've been doing some web research and it seems to be called "ATAK" or "Nett Warrior device" but not sure if that's correct.

Also, what does it do? What kind of information do they get from it? Assuming this is for enhanced situational awareness, are they able to see a live stream video from a drone or something?
