Hello All!!

A while back, I posted about losing my SO’s marine corps ring. Through the help of the sub’s hive mind, I was able to figure out exactly where the ring was bought and how I could get a new one! I also received a lot of really interesting ideas for future gifts.

Good news: I found the ring! I now have it in my possession and I will not need to purchase a new one! I cried when I found it because losing it had me feeling so bad.

Bad news (maybe good news? 🤷‍♀️): Due to recent decisions of his, I may not be with this marine anymore. It’s a relatively short dating relationship (one year) currently undergoing some distance and, as it was put to me many years ago (and as I’m sure many of you are unfortunately aware).... LDRs typically go one of two ways. 1. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. 2. Out of sight, out of mind. I was out of sight, so I was out of mind. He made hurtful choices. Now, I have to decide what to do.
