When I was going through Navy boot camp, it was quickly apparent that many of the recruits didn't have a lick of common sense in their heads. In the first two weeks there were so many questions asked that were already answered previously that our senior RDC came up with a new policy. He picked 5 guys, one of them me, that he believed weren't complete morons. Everyone who had a question had to ask that question to one of us and if we didn't know the answer, only then could they ask the RDCs. Anyone else have designated question filters in their time in?
